Delivery & Returns
ORDER CONFIRMATION
Our shipping experience is plastic free, please reuse or recycle all packaging.
All orders at Bridge & Ciel go into production 24 hours after the order is placed. The 24-hour wait is to guard against cancellations or to finalise any customisations.
We will send an email confirming your order and may contact you to confirm this before shipping the products. Tracking number and carrier information will be emailed to you once your order has been shipped.
DELIVERY TIME
Most of the products at Bridge and Ciel are made to order. We take anywhere between 10-15 working days to produce a garment and ship it. Your order should arrive within 2-4 days from the date of dispatch.
The shipping time for customised orders will be longer and we would keep you posted about the approximate delivery date post ordering as well.
We are not liable for any delays in delivery by the courier company/postal authorities but will help you track down a package through our partner courier services. All orders are shipped from our studio in Islamabad, Pakistan.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS
We do not provide free international shipping and will be charged as per the actual weight of the ordered articles. The cost of the courier needs to be borne by the customer.
We try our best to ship our products to you within 7-10 working days.
These delivery times are subject to location, distance and our logistics partners.
You may be charged for handling fees and taxes as your order passes through customs.
EXCHANGES & RETURNS
We invest a great deal of love and care in the making of each product at Bridge & Ciel. As a company policy we do not provide refund on any product sold.
You can write to us at bridgeandciel@gmail.com and someone from our customer care team will contact you within 1-2 business days and will guide you through your query.
Please note that returns are only accepted if the product received is faulty or not as described. All tags must be fully attached to return/exchange items. All items should be returned in their original, undamaged packaging. We do not accept returns on items that have been worn, altered, washed or damaged in any way.
Shipping cost of exchange and return custom duties will be borne by the customer.
All bespoke products are non returnable and non exchangeable.
